When I phoned the Benton branch I was told they would have to send for them from the Stockton I was given a date the following week for delivery , they were to be delivered with other items for Pennines conservatories. Unfortunately this did not happen. When I phoned I was told they had not been picked up from the Stockton branch. The Benton staff were much more helpful than the Stockton branch.i now have the posts at last but what a saga of inefficiency.
