The plastic bags for the sand where ripped and thus I reduced the merchandise by one star. All other aspects where great and I would recommend them over any any other building supply merchant.

Great service as usual, plasterboards couple damaged on the edges but expected with plasterboards.

It would have been useful if an estimated delivery time could have been advised as I was waiting at my Brothers house from 7.30 until the gravel was delivered at 1 pm.

Pretty poor they can't call you before they deliver. Not all my projects at houses have Tennant's or people in. So I need to make time to be at the properties. But have to just guess. A 15 second phone call to say we will be within the hour, would help and benefit not just me but a lot off customers and contractors.

Ordered my item online but for some reason my order went into the companies junk folder. Waiting for a confirmation email to say i could collect but it wasn't going to happen. Had to phone to ask what was going on. However it was sorted straight away. Good service from the yard staff but ordering needs addressing.

Excellent quality topsoil at a competitive price, I would certainly buy again. Delivery was prompt and the driver very friendly and helpful. The reason for the 3/5 score for shipping is based on the fact that I had no choice in delivery date and no indication as to what time the topsoil would arrive, so I had to set aside a whole day to await delivery. However, I am very pleased with the product.

Collection from branch customer service was excellent 2 assistants loaded turf into car very helpful.

The posts & Boards good quality.
However I ordered 3 bags of postfix 2 of them had small holes
water had got in there was a solid lump in both bags I didn't return them because
I needed the job done ASAP. I wont be buying the postfix again.

Product delivered promptly on the date agreed.
Bit I had to make contact to find out my delivery date.

Material was great, ordering process could be a bit slicker but delivery driver was excellent and saved me time by letting me cut bags from underneath.

Good delivery times , bit disappointed with amount of damaged bricks what had been sent on a pallett as over 50% were unusable.

Bit disappointed with chippings- expected them to be much more multi tonal and all same colour. Delivery was excellent -items delivered early morning and placed exactly as per instructions. Never even heard them.

Goods arrived on day scheduled but it would be better if a time slot could be given for delivery. One of the lengths of skirting board was discoloured and had been left for some time in the warehouse as was also dirty.

The items arrived on a pallet. The driver was unable to give assistance to move them to the rear of the property where they were required.
The pallet is stood against the garage waiting to be collected. Maybe I should make a coffee table out of it.

Had about 28 bags of 25kg sand and ballest delivered. Left note for driver to leave on driveway but he went to the trouble of carrying them halfway up and leaving them in a neat pile so I could still get the car in. Dropped one star as a couple of the bags were slightly split.

Delivery was a day early due to bank holiday which was a bonus.

Order delivered quickly and efficiently. Promised email notifying of day of delivery did not arrive and this would have been useful as I had to move a car to allow delivery of bulk bags onto my drive.

A narrower delivery timeslot, or a call ahead of delivery would be a big advantage.

Order process very easy, and delivery confirmation received quickly. Driver was excellent, placing delivery just where I needed it, thank you! Had read reviews saying topsoil was sandy, but thought for the price it was worth a chance. My bag was very sandy and had grass growing in it. Was ok for what I needed it for, but wouldn't describe it as premium and I would have been very disappointed if it was for my flowerbeds.
