Its been a few years since I have used this builders merchant, but found it still really usefull for ordering building materials, without having to travel to a builders merchant. They rang me the next day to confirm the order details and the materials were deliverd on the day of my choice.

Wrong gravel was on delivery lorry. Waiting for direct gravel to be delivered. Also I asked for delivery on a date that was ignored.

Sorry we didn’t meet your expectations this time – we did deliver a day earlier than requested (1 bag of gravel) a loading error had the wrong type on the vehicle. The correct gravel was then delivered by 9am on the day the you originally required it.

I have been a customer of J Parr for some years. I have found that they can rarely be beaten for value and their free delivery on orders over £40 is very attractive. Staff are unfailingly helpful and drivers cannot be bettered for their cheerful cooperation when making deliveries. Very highly recommended!

10 days ago I placed my order up to now I still have no idea of delivery date no communicationapart from confirmation of order being placed. Tried tracking my order on website order being processed as is three other orders placed and delivered in 2017.
