Delivery & Collection Information

Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £50.00. For all other orders a £15.00 local delivery charge will apply.

Wherever possible we offer deliveries within 2-3 business days or any later day that you request.  We will do our utmost to deliver the goods on the day that you ask for, this can be anytime from 7.00am to 5.00pm, and if we have a problem, we will advise you. On receipt of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise an intended delivery date, should this delivery date be inconvienent then we will try our best to accomodate a suitable delivery date.

Delivery is made to the nearest suitable hardstanding. Most deliveries are carried out using crane off-load vehicles, although some materials may be delivered by flatbed vehicle for hand off-load where required. Please ensure someone is available on site to receive the goods. If the order has been paid for and no one is present, the delivery may be left at the address provided.

Our drivers are only able to off-load materials at the vehicle and are unable to carry goods around buildings, up stairs, or into flats. This service is not included with standard delivery. Please ensure someone is available and able to move the materials to their final location once delivery has been completed.

Collections

Orders can also be collected from either of our depots in Benton or Stockton. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for collection. We aim to process your order and have goods ready for collection within the same working day (stocked items only) on all orders placed before 1pm, orders after 1pm will be ready the following working day. In the event of your ordered items being out of stock we will contact you with an estimated lead time on your order.
